La mise en place du mat\u00e9riel a \u00e9t\u00e9 assur\u00e9e par les \u00e9quipes d\u2019Electricien Sans Fronti\u00e8re (ESF). Les membres d\u2019ESF et CAPENERGIE sont intervenus b\u00e9n\u00e9volement afin de r\u00e9aliser l\u2019\u00e9lectrification et la mise en service de 3 centrales solaires dans un village de 128 maisons construit par les Organisations Humanitaires. Ces logements en \u00ab dur \u00bb permettent de r\u00e9sister aux al\u00e9as climatiques, r\u00e9currents dans cette r\u00e9gion du monde. L&rsquo;\u00eele de Cebu est situ\u00e9e dans une r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 les typhons se forment r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, principalement pendant la saison des typhons, qui s&rsquo;\u00e9tend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de juin \u00e0 novembre.
